Save money on your energy bills and help us fight fuel poverty

What are you looking for?

How to pay your bill

One of the easiest ways of paying for your energy is by Direct Debit which is a simple, safe and convenient way to make regular payments. Southend Energy customers can either choose to pay by fixed Direct Debit on a monthly basis or by variable Direct Debit on a quarterly basis.

Alternatively, you can pay when you receive your statement. Bills are issued quarterly and can be paid online, by calling our automated payments line 24 hours per day, or by taking your bill to any Post Office or PayPoint outlet.

Pay as you go

Pay As You Go gives you complete control over your energy bills. You use a meter to pay for your energy as you use it.

This allows you to plan your spending and if you regularly top up the meter when you are not using as much energy, you can use the credit in the winter.

It’s very simple way to keep control of your spending. Just top up your gas or electricity at any Post Office, PayPoint or Payzone then insert card or key into your meter and that’s it!

Big energy companies often charge higher prices to Pay As You Go customers. At Southend Energy we offer great deals and customer support to Pay As You Go customers, it was one of the reasons we were created!
